Are you a HR professional currently working in the production or creative studio industry? Are you an experienced HR Advisor or HR Manager, looking for that next step into a standalone Senior HR Manager role?
We are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Manager / Standalone Head of HR based in London working for a growing Production company. The role will be working as the sole HR specialist and you will be responsible for working with the Directors on people strategy and new initiatives as well as acting as a hands-on HR Manager for all People Operations.  You will have support of a part-time Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for all production related recruitment, and you will take ownership of office based recruitment. Your duties will include: HR operations, Reward, D&I Initiatives, Recruitment and all people related communications to the business.
Duties include:
  • Leading on all People related queries for the business
  • Working with Directors to create and roll out HR strategy
  • Providing support to all employees and managing all HR operations of the business
  • Leading on a merger project, working with the two businesses to merge their processes, procedures and culture.
  • Consistently improving HR processes and procedures to smooth merger transition as well as increase efficiency
