A leading Media company is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can make an immediate impact in this energetic and fast paced team providing management services to high profile clients within the media sector.
As HR Business Partner you will work in close collaboration with your client group providing solutions, advice and guidance to the senior leadership team. You will execute HR solutions to strategically address situations and serve as a trusted advisor to the business on all HR matters.
You will lead the HR relationship with your client group and their senior team building strong, trusted relationships acting as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders to build their leadership capability and engagement with HR inviting thought leadership and advice. Working with the rest of the HR Team you will ensure robust business operational practices that encourage business efficiency whilst ensuring best practice in HR Operations in your dedicated client area. In partnership with the wider business divisions you will define and then execute against a people plan that delivers an agile, relevant and business aligned HR strategy in close partnership with senior leaders to secure buy-in to the strategy.
To succeed in this exciting role, you will be a confident and outgoing HR Business Partner or HR Manager with experience gained within the media, creative or digital sectors. You will have a strong generalist skill set and great business relationship building skills to ensure effective and successful Key stakeholder engagement.
