My client is looking for an experienced Change Project Manager to drive technology and behavioural transformation, particularly focusing on the creation of my clients new digital platform.  This role will enable the platform to improve their customer, assessors and employees experience and ensure that the business is able to grow exponentially on the delivery of this project.



  • In consultation with delivery partners, plan, monitor and ensure the platform is delivered on time and to the required quality of the new platform and associated business processes.
  • Develop the change strategy for my client in line with the programme's goals, reflecting external contexts and the wider change narrative at my clients.
  • Prepare the organisation for the changes ahead, working with members of the programme team to analyse change impacts and develop the change plan.
  • Lead and interact with a network of representatives from across the organisation, working closely with the Project Managers on both the CRM and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) projects and the Business Owner to establish new more efficient business processes.
  • Design and plan the required change management interventions required to successfully embed the change.
  • Lead on engagement, communications and user adoption of new tools.
  • Lead on change related to people's roles and core skills in Technology.

To be considered you must have:

  • Substantial experience of successfully delivering change in an organisation-wide transformation programme.
  • Experience of delivering change in a commercial environment.
  • Sound knowledge of the principles and concepts that underpin change management and can advise on a 'good practice approach' to change.
  • Experience of learning about new technologies and training others.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and has credibility and impact with peers and leaders; and able to gain buy in to enable change to happen through others.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (including presentation) skills
  • Confident in navigating organisational complexity and ambiguity and flex to meet the changing priorities and needs of the organisation.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, and a high awareness of the project and programme context and discipline. Fully competent at planning, risk management, and dependency-management.
