Senior Audience Development Manager

Our client is the biggest leading music company in the UK and they are currently looking for a Senior Audience Development Manager to join their passionate, dedicated team. With potential to grow and develop your career this role has a lot to offer.

Responsibilities include:
  • Manging social media portfolios.
  • Coordinate with UMG’s in-house media buying team to highlight opportunities to retarget the audiences of our shows or serve ads against our show inventory.
  • Send programming updates to company labels throughout the month.
  • Create case studies and reports that highlight successful artist campaigns.
  • Manage a team of editors, researchers and content creators.
  • Oversee production workflow and delivery of apps, coordinating music, video content and editing resources to ensure episodes are delivered on time.
In order to be considered:  
  • High technical video editing proficiency and at least 4 years’ experience working with Premiere Pro, After Effects (For motion GFX) and Photoshop.
  • Track record of developing and launching new show Snapchat Discover formats.
  • Success in growing audiences on Snapchat Discover.
  • Experience working at a video publisher producing content for major social platforms.
  • A passion for music, youth culture and social media is essential.
  • An enthusiastic and personable team player, highly self-motivated, problem solver and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and are able to communicate effectively with team members, managers and UMG talent.
  • Creative thinker, not afraid to try new ideas to enhance formats and style within our brands.
  • Must be accustomed to working to tight deadlines and be extremely well organised with excellent attention to detail.
