Sales Executive

Higher Education - Sales Executive 

Location: London

Duration: 12 months

Rate: £25.50 - £30.50 p/h

Exciting sales role with one of the biggest Tech companies globally. You will be tasked with selling both their hardware and software products to the Higher Education market helping them make learning more equitable, collaborative and personalised.

The Role

This team is seeking a detail-oriented sales leader with expertise in educational technology to help grow revenue for the team. You will execute on a Higher Education sales strategy (across Enterprise IT, Consumer & Digital Assessment), building executive relationships and acting as the face of the company to customers and partners. An education background is not essential, but an appreciation of what makes good learning experiences and a passion for technology would be highly valuable. You will be required to travel through the UK (roughly 30% of the time), meeting key customers and speaking at events.

 

Key Responsibilities

*Manage and execute a higher education strategy to drive sales and product adoption.

*Work closely with reseller partners, industry bodies and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to plan campaigns, forecast sales and execute engagement and adoption activities.

*Facilitate workshops and present at higher education technology & security events.

*Analyse the effectiveness of sales activities, track impact and report progress to the team.

*Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales eng, product) to support sales strategy.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

*5+ years of sales experience. Experience in Higher Education sales preferred.

*A strong background in sales and outstanding presentation and facilitation skills.
*A knack for quickly developing strong and sustaining executive customer relationships.

*Possess outstanding written and oral communication skills.

*Take calculated risks and approach challenges with creativity and grit.
