Our SME client is seeking a collaborative talented Reward Manager to join their highly driven team
To provide full and professional support to the Head of HR
This role will be varied and some of the tasks will include:
Manage salaried and hourly payroll using an outsourced payroll
Develop an efficient and effective HRIS
Develop an upgraded benefits programme for salaried and hourly
Manage company pension schemes
Be responsible for the overall infrastructure for HR (ATS, Time and Attendance, LMS, Talent, Payroll, Personnel records etc) to ensure they are integrated and fit for purpose
Wealth of Reward/Ben experience gained within fmcg/manufacturing industries
Strong communications skills, ability to build relationships
Collaborative, Flexible, can do attitude
Able to travel to Bishop Strortford 2 times a week- this role can be flexible around school times.
