Reward Lead
London 65 - 70k

Our client is a scaling tech organisation - they are seeking a stellar candidate to join them as their first Reward Manager – reporting directly into the CPO partnering with their Finance in managing the pay and reward plans for their team in the UK and overseas including compensation, benefits and payroll.
You will be responsible for the coordination and administration of their share option plans and any long-term incentives and will lead research to ensure that they are constantly .
The Role;
Support the day to day delivery of all aspects of reward management including cash compensation, share-based awards, benefits and mobility.
Coordinate of the annual salary and incentive review process, summarising external market data, and compiling salary review proposals.
Support the People Teams with reporting and data analysis
Coordinate and administer all shares plans and programmes
Knowledge & Skills required;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact across all levels of the business
To be adaptable and deliver at pace
Self- starter , highly organised
Adaptable, able to think out of the box
CIPD / Remco experience is desired
