I’m working with a leading, global tech company based in central London & I’m looking for a Reward Analyst. This role reports into the Comp & Bens Director and manages compensation, benefits, reward and recognition activities for the UK. This includes the monthly payroll process and benefits management as well as regular reward activities such as annual compensation review, salary surveys and bench marking. It is key that this person has had experience working with equity and/or exec comp.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the monthly payroll process across multiple payrolls for UK to ensure the accurate collation and processing of payroll instructions in accordance with the payroll timetable and deadlines
Ensures relevant approvals have been obtained and compliance with company policy
Ensures the pension auto enrollment process is correctly administered via payroll each month, working with our third-party benefits consultants to review and validate the monthly auto-enrolees, as well as communicating and processing any opt outs as appropriate
Ensures employee payroll queries are resolved promptly, as escalated from the Payroll & Reward Assistant
Supports the Payroll & Reward Assistant to arrange and present monthly Benefits & Development induction session for new starters, alongside the L&D Manager, to provide information around the company benefits and enrolment process
Manages the reward & recognition schemes
Manages the relationship with our third-party benefits consultants, partnering closely with them with regards to benefits design and terms, legislative changes and communications
Hold regular/quarterly benefits drop-in sessions to pro-actively engage with employees around benefits
Manages the annual benefits enrolment activities, including reviewing renewal rates and terms, proposing changes as required, communications, online benefits portal system testing and arranging on-site benefits provider visits
Manages the end-to-end annual compensation review
Manages the bonus sacrifice/exchange communications and process for any employees opting to sacrifice their bonus in to their pension, ensuring the sacrifice is processed correctly within the allowed timeframe
Ensures the accurate processing of annual salary and bonuses via the payroll
Oversees the accurate preparation of compensation and bonus letters
Regular review of our benchmarking information to ensure it remains relevant for our industry
This role requires a personable, well organised candidate who is looking to progress their career within Reward. You will have an excellent eye for detail and methodical approach.
Solid experience and background in a Reward/Payroll/Benefits role(s)
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, is essential
Excellent working knowledge of HR Information Systems (e.g. PeopleSoft)
Strong working knowledge of Payroll systems (e.g. ADP)
People management experience advantageous
Media industry experience advantageous
Degree level or equivalent in a related subject advantageous
