We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager for an award winning creative marketing agency, to work alongside the HR team to successfully place multiple live roles across the business. This role would suit someone who is a hands on Recruiter with some exposure or understanding of the importance of Employer branding and effective future pipe lining of prospective future employees. We are looking for someone who has ideally recruited for roles within this space before such as Account Executives or Senior Account Managers, and who can use their knowledge of how these types of agencies work to find and secure the best talent within the sector.

What you will be doing:

> Owning Everything that is involved in the recruitment process for the business, from working with line managers on job specs, sourcing candidates and advertising roles, to scheduling interviews and making offers!

> Utilising a LinkedIn Recruiter license to identify and connect with the best talent within the PR and Marketing space, ensuring a healthy pipeline of frequently recruited for roles

> Building relationships with all business areas to build the reputation of the Internal Recruitment function and best advise on the most effective recruitment process

> Working with HR to ensure employee satisfaction of placed candidates

> Identifying innovative ways to pipeline for talent

> Provide exceptional candidate experience at all times
