Our client is a luxury hotel who are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team!Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager your role will be to support the recruitment function and to assist with all related recruitment activities. This includes assisting with the coordination of the day to day recruitment activities such as screening candidates and organising interviews.
Key responsibilities:
- Screening CVs on various job platforms
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and TA managers
- Keeping the ATS up to date
- Collating feedback from interviews and moving candidates through the offer process
- Working closely with the TA manager to help with the completion of various projects
- Acting as first point of contact for the careers inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner
To excel as the Recruitment Coordinator you'll need previous experience sourcing for candidates on a variety of job boards, be familiar with using an ATS and be comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite. You'll also need a friendly and engaging manner and be the kind of person who has a passion for hospitality.
This a permanent position paying up to £28K, which offers a great oportunity to join a vibrant team!
