E -comms /hybrid role
Our client is a scaling ecomms brand, they have an amazing opportunity to join their highly engaged HR team – you will be a passionate recruiter who enjoys finding unicorns!
Collaborate with Hiring Managers on how best to hire talent through in depth briefing meetings
End to end recruitment cycle including job posting
Support on dedicated headhunt searches via networking, social and LinkedIn
Knowledge, skills & experience;
You will have 360 recruitment experience in a fast-paced commercial organisation, used to high volume hiring!
Recruitment experience with in ecommerce or retail would be beneficial
Ideally you will enjoy sourcing tech talent- finding hidden talent!
You will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
Highly organised and able to prioritise to meet deadlines in a busy environment
Experience in using an ATS system will be highly desirable
