Location: London

Length: 12 Months

Rate: £10.00 - £15.00 per hour

Hours: 9:00 am 6:00 pm


1 year contract working on our clients front of house reception and reporting to the EMEA Manager.  This is a fun and varied role that is customer facing, you will work closely with the office manager and the sales team combined to provide a slick yet friendly front of house experience for this fast growing company. 
 
You will be the face of the company as you will be the first person visitors see when they walk through the door and so are responsible for representing our client and making an excellent and lasting impression to all visitors. 

Our client is looking for a confident, organized, reliable, enthusiastic and positive individual with a great sense of humour and a willingness to pitch in.  Excellent time-keeping and time management are essential along with the ability to adapt to different situations.

Daily Duties 

•             Day to day running of the front of house

•             Supporting the sales team with customer meetings

•             Setting up meeting rooms

•             Scheduling meeting rooms

•             Meeting and greeting guests

•             Making guests refreshments and assisting with any other needs

•             Ordering catering and laying out breakfast and lunches

•             Ensuring meeting rooms are immaculate at all times

•             Answering calls for the London office and dealing with enquiries

•             Arranging couriers and outgoing post

•             Receiving incoming post and deliveries and distributing to the team

•             Scanning post and dealing with accounts queries

 

Other duties as required

•             Supporting the office coordinator   as needed

•             Assisting with office events

•             Reporting any I.T, Health and Safety or security issues to relevant department

•             Ordering security passes and assisting staff with lockers

•             Booking external meeting room space if required

•             Ordering supplies
