Qualitative ResearcherLocation: London
Length: 12 Months
Rate: £48.00 - £53.00 per hour (40 hours p/w)
Hours: 9am-6pm
In this role, our client is looking for a qualitative researcher to help their team focussed on attracting new creators and developers to their platform, and helping them to be successful.
Skills:
You will have experience in either design research methods or human factors research, an excellent understanding of qualitative methods and a solid knowledge of qualitative methods.
Ideally, you’ll have a proven track record of providing insights that have helped to grow platforms. You’ll be at ease working closely with a cross-functional team to develop strategies for supporting our client’s creators, and scaling the platform. You will be an outstanding verbal and written communicator, and excellent at building and maintaining strong working relationships.
The ideal candidates will have experience in conducting research for digital products with technically skilled creators and developers, are passionate about the potential of AR/VR, and feel excited by an autonomous position where you’ll be expected to seek out impact and ruthlessly prioritise your own workload, with guidance and support from your manager.
Education
Minimum:
- 4+ years' experience in research for HCI, information systems or related field
- BA/BS degree, ideally in a human behaviour related field (HCI, Psychology, Social Science, Information Science, etc.)
- Experience working on research for digital product innovation
- MS/PhD in communication, information science, human-computer interaction, psychology, anthropology, sociology, market research or a related field
