Public Policy Manager, Campaigns and Programs, EMEA

Location: London

Length: 12 Months

Rate: £48.00 - £53.00 per hour (40 hours p/w)

Hours: 9am-6pm

Our client’s EMEA Regional Programs and Campaigns team is seeking a Public Policy Manager to help shape the company’s approach to economic policy investments and personalised advertising in EMEA .

The successful candidate will build programs to engage with governments, partners, regulators and other interested parties on the interchange between the company and Economic opportunities and our business model.

Candidates should have expertise in program management, content and media regulatory issues and/or law, experience working on with stakeholders across EMEA. They should also have excellent writing and analytical skills and share our vision of bringing the world closer together.
 
Public Policy Manager Responsibilities:
 
This role will oversee strategy development around digital skills investments, partnerships, and Economic Recovery strategy development. The successful candidate will be responsible for building tools and guidance to enable the implementation of an EMEA Partnerships Charter and campaigns measurement framework.

The ideal candidate thrives on building consensus around big ideas and is a structured thinker who can create frameworks and guidance. And they will need to be someone who can proactively fix systems and processes within program frameworks that have a systemic impact on the ability of Program Managers to get their work done. Experience managing partnerships and programs is a plus and the ability to understand the views of those who are doing this is imperative.

Public Policy Manager Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop bespoke programs to engage with regulators on the issues of Economic Impact and Recovery and engage on strategy development and Digitization programs (Tourism, Culture, Sustainability etc). including on emerging regulatory frameworks such as those set out by the European Commission in the Digital Services Act.
  • Supporting markets with incubation of new engagement programs and campaign tactics.
  • Design and implementation of Campaigns for Personalised Advertising and programs for market roll out.
  • Represent the comapany in meetings with key stakeholders, including civil society groups, government officials, and academics.
  • Support efforts across social media platforms to enhance our accountability through consultation, oversight, and transparency.
  • Articulate our policy strategy in internal and external communications.
  • Advise local policy teams and a broad range of business and product teams on regulatory projects in Europe
  • Oversee budget for the campaigns overseen and promote good go.
