Rate: £533.54 p/d PAYE
Hours: 9am – 6pm
This client is a multinational alcoholic beverages company, and one of the largest and most prominent spirits and beer producers globally. With a plethora of well-known and recognisable alcohol brands to their name, this client are a leader in the global FMCG space
Duties
This role will lead the delivery of high complexity business change projects with multiple work streams or deployments delivering significant transformation to the organisation. The Project Manager is expected to play a broad and impactful role in delivering the relevant Productivity Agenda. The role holder will be required to move between strategy and operational details to set priorities for a diverse business project team so as to keep them aligned and focused to ensure brilliant execution

- Plans, Organises & Communicates: Develops the project approach and impacts from a broad business perspective and from a place of high ambiguity. Creates clarity for business stakeholders on what needs to be delivered and how. Proactively anticipates impacts of the current and future project phases, thinks through issues in advance, anticipates and resolves before issues develop. Able to craft the next phase of the plan while still bringing clarity to stakeholders and project members on the current phase
- Proven Project Manager experience in a multinational environment
- Experience of delivering strategic and change projects within the functional area of the portfolio they lead
- Excellent organisational leadership capabilities
Additional Information:
- SAP experience – S4 Hana ideal
- Experience PM that has successfully delivered on large scale programs
- Governance routine and driving planning and managing resourcing
- Status facilitating on project plans to deliver updates to key stakeholders
- Steering Committee meetings with all relevant stakeholders
- They do not need to have budget management experience
- Preferrable to have strong experience with senior managers
- Structured experienced PM and has successfully delivered program
