Project Coordinator

Location: London

Length: 12 Months

Rate: £16.00 - £20.00 per hour

Hours: 9am – 6pm

Through the careful application of policy our client strives to reach consistency across their offices on the type of work assigned to the different options for third-party work which requires thoughtful and thorough communication with their stakeholders, partners and xWS peers.

Overall Responsibilities:
  • They will manage targeted email blasts to key stakeholders and partners updating program status and action items.
  • Finally, they will support with coordinating transitions between phases of the project execution by mediating information, data, forecasts and next steps.
  • They will manage and organize data sets.
  • The Project Coordinator will participate in the development of SOPs and change management strategies to then support the written and visual communications to execute these plans.

Top Daily Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, data entry, reporting.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing written communication following approved templates and guidelines.
  • Providing administrative and task-oriented support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.


  • Be extremely detail-oriented while doing repetitive tasks. Have a strong customer support orientation.
  • Have strong data entry skills.
  • Enjoy working with a team.
    2+ years in project management support roles Skills or processes candidates must have to be considered for role: pivot tables, graphs/charts, etc.
  • Super strong attention to detail. Focus on customer and customer support.
  • Ability to work with data sets.
