Project Coordinator - Talent & Leadership Development

Location: London

Length: 12 months

Rate: £14.00 -  £17.00 per hour

Hours: 9am – 6pm


Project Coordinator role in the Talent & Leadership team to remove administrative pressures from the team, resolve issues before they arise, improve processes and adapt to changing priorities in order to provide a seamless experience for our client’s stakeholders. The TVC can expect to be responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks, and whilst projects and scope may vary, core responsibilities will include: Team Operations, Tracking, Process improvement and Project Coordination of talent and leadership initiatives.


Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated support to Talent & leadership Development team and projects during a period of peak activity for a duration of 12 months
  • Support project planning, maintain up-to-date data, track issues and play a leading role in scheduling team meetings, preparing agendas, agreeing actions and scheduling follow ups to ensure progress
  • Distill company information that is relevant and important for your team, sharing this in a way that is useful and resonates with each person
  • Support the development of new or existing vendor relationships to ensure contracts, purchase orders etc are in place

Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor degree (no specific field)
  • Fundamental understanding of People and Culture/HR process
  • Experience in coordination of projects
  • Experience and knowledge of using standard office tools in G-suite
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Work in collaborative environment, whilst also comfortable coordinating projects work autonomously
  • Able to apply creative and critical thinking to challenges to overcome blockers and ensure progress at pace
  • Ability to build relationships and foster trust with a diverse group of people and partners
  • A proactive and highly organised individual, you enjoy working within a


Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:

  • Fundamental understanding of talent and leadership development landscape and/or Learning and Development would be preferred
