Program Manager
Location: UK, London
Length: Start: 05/05/2025 End: 10/10/2025
Rate: £47.12 p/h (Inside IR35)
Hours: 9am – 6pm (Onsite Tues, Weds, Thurs)
Overview:
- Drive outcomes for programs by developing end-to-end program plans and adjusting as necessary to stay on track and achieve program goals
- Drive the development and curation of project, program, and portfolio management methodologies from best practices, processes, and tools
- Contribute to project scoping and manage program priorities and allocation of resources within the program
- Generate ideas required to solve a problem and take full ownership of the program outcome delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize operational processes and ensure efficient project execution
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on project status
Key Projects/Initiatives:
- Focus on operations and project management-related tasks
Top Hard Skills:
- Proven project management experience, ideally with operations or PMO focus
- Knowledge of operations
Top Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Preferably from the consumer products sector within the Tech industry
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years
- Qualifications: BA/BS degree
- Specific Product Knowledge: Proficiency in relevant software/tools (e.g., Our Client Workspace, project management software, communication platforms, reporting tools)
