Rate: £21-32 p/h
Hours: 9am – 6pm
The mission of our clients' gTech Professional Services (gPS) organization is to be a team of trusted technical experts helping customers get the most out of our clients' Ads and our clients' Marketing Platform products. As a part of that focus, gPS ensures that our clients' partners have the right technical expertise and skills to be able to help customers in the same way. The Program Coordinator is at the heart of this initiative, and will work closely with our clients' team of technical experts in delivering training to partners.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Coordinate external trainings including speaker preparation and content organization
- Manage pre and post-event communications including copy editing
- Provide presentation editing services to speakers to ensure content is professional level and meets our clients' brand guidelines
- Use our clients' streaming and video conferencing technologies to run virtual events
- Manage publication process for training recordings including video editing
- Manage tracking and reporting on key metrics
- Manage newsletter including content contributors, copy editing and visual design
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience running online events end-to-end
- Experience with livestream and video conferencing technologies
- Experience with copy editing and presentation editing
- Experience managing newsletters or similar communications to large audiences
- Familiarity with external communication policies
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Independent and proactive problem solver
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience running training events for technology companies
- Experience with video editing
