Job descriptionOur client a TV Production company based in West London is looking for an immediate start Administrator to support a TV Production team with administration duties including some Finance Administration and creating and updating Excel spreadsheets. This assignment will be running on going at this time and by Hybrid with around 2/3 days in the office per week. The successful candidate will need to work in West London for at least 2/3 days in the office per week. The ideal candidate may have worked in a similar role, be available immediately and be confident in using the Excel package as full training may not always be possible.
Duties may include ( but not limited to ) :
- Administration support
- Creating & Updating Excel spreadsheets
- Communication via phone & email
- Diary management
- Arranging calls and meetings
- Scheduling of contractors
- Communications to external & internal networks and contractors
- Planning of project support
- Raising PO numbers
- On boarding of freelancers
