​Press Officer

£150-£200 p/day


We have a very exciting opportunity to join one of the world's biggest media companies based in the heart of London.

They are looking for a Press Officer to join the team on a 2 month project working on the companies biggest brands managing the day to day press office activities generating coverage for these.

You will be drafting press materials, pitch letters, fact sheets as well as managing the media list and updating with new contacts. You will also be developing relationships with these media contacts and also Influencers to seed the products as needed.


  • Proactively develop relationships and engage with media contacts, providing background information and/or pitching product.

  • Track campaign results and develop comprehensive reports to communicate results for executive team and key stakeholders. 

  • Participate in meetings, presentations and brainstorming sessions, cultivating creative ideas and developing strategic PR opportunities.

  • Help develop and manage strategic PR activities such as product launches, press events, trade shows, media tours, campaign planning, and blogger/social influencers programs.

  • Track competitor coverage and flag any industry news or issues.

  • Support on bigger PR campaigns for priority franchises.


  • A self-starter that has experience problem solving with creative solutions.

  • Someone with a proven track record of working in a busy press office.

  • Someone who has a finger on the pulse of the industry and media landscape and be able to identify strategic PR and event opportunities for franchises.

  • A resourceful candidate that has the ability to manage multiple projects across a variety of franchises/brands at a time.

  • Previous PR/communications experience either with agencies or in-house
