PR & Social Media Manager
We have a very exciting role with one of the UK’s hottest start up’s based in Central London, they are looking for a digital savvy PR & Social Media Manager to join the rapidly growing team.
As the first PR & Social Media manager you will be helping to shape and define the PR and Social for the company, your time will be split between traditional PR and managing social channels. The business sees that one of key’s top succeeding will be building trust in the brand with earned media and social channels playing an essential part to this.
•Lead on all relevant/key social channels including the planning and execution of social media
•Own PR for SEO and support on the day-to-day press office function, media and influencer relations across all relevant media
•Support the customer service team in using social channels to help customers
•Collaborate with the digital performance marketing team and product team to ensure social/PR is integrated with the paid social and the overall customer journey.
•Use data and insights to both inform on customer behavior and attitudes and apply to PR and social activity in order to optimise output
•Create on brand activity that grows and engages a social
•Experience of both PR & social on a digital retail brand
•Understanding of how PR, content, social and SEO can work together
•A track record of using social to help grow and brand
•A problem solver and planner with exceptional attention to detail
•Ability to seek out or create newsworthy and engaging content that aligns with the wider customer and brand strategy
•Experience of managing tools the social listening/monitoring capability
