Pixel Sales Operations Analyst

Location: London

Length: 12 Months

Rate: £21.03 - £28.62 per hour

Hours: 9am – 6pm

The Devices & Services Business Organization manages relationships with retailers and carriers globally. We are responsible for defining the consumer go-to-market strategy to maximize the adoption of the company’s devices and services solutions.

As the Sales Operations Analyst for Pixel, you will work with the team to forecast performance, analyze sales and market trends, as well as compile performance insights to present to the cross-functional team. You will be familiar with analysing market share and size, navigating data sources to understand growth rates and implications for our business by tier. You will also be responsible for managing the weekly and quarterly outlooks for our products, working with country teams to understand and champion and challenge forecasts to reach the most realistic outlook. You will be able to provide rationale for forecast changes and be a quick learner, and able to familiarise yourself with the key tools & dashboards that are used for forecasting.

  • Build weekly, quarterly and annual demand forecasts, incorporating promotional plans and seasonality assumptions and maintaining forecast assumptions in the demand planning tool.
  • Analyze performance vs the forecast, understand the root causes for over or under performance and write clear and concise performance commentary.
  • Assess risks and contingencies and work to build plans to mitigate risks and drive performance.
  • Assess, analyze and present performance and changing market trends for presenting to internal management and global counterparts.
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in business analysis, demand forecasting or product demand/supply planning.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in forecasting, demand planning or analytics.
  • Experience forecasting in tools such as Anaplan or building analyses and data visualizations in Tableau or SQL.
  • Project management, business process re-engineering and change management experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with an entrepreneurial approach.
