Performance Marketing Program Manager

Location: London

Length: 12 Months

Rate: £25.50 - £30.93 per hour

Hours: 9am – 6pm

Our client's EMEA performance marketing team are looking for a program manager to help deliver and execute marketing campaigns for both our 1st party channel and 3rd party channels.

The role will be focused on helping the performance marketing team scale up through a key period of growth as we expand into more markets and add more products to our hardware portfolio.

This role will interface into many internal functions such as Retail Marketing, legal and sales. You’ll also work closely with and manage our internal and external media agencies.


In this role you’ll be working across many performance marketing channels e.g Paid Media, Affiliates, SEO, SEM etc. Below are a few examples of the responsibilities you’ll undertake within the performance marketing team;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies on GtM development and campaign launches. Report on campaign performance and make timely recommendations for optimization.
  • Stakeholder management - gathering information from teams to in order to make sound business decisions and supporting with escalation when required.
  • Working closely with our Sales teams, be responsible for owning promotional plans for all performance media, including that the plans are clearly & concisely passed to our external agency (Essence) in a timely manner.
  • Being the central point of contact for the country teams, supporting them with clarity and prioritisation on each project. You will be the ‘source of truth’ for many team members across Europe.
  • Ensuring the product positioning is correctly represented per market.
  • Implement robust project management with clear work back schedules and required approval gateways to ensure approval and delivery of all key assets on time, whilst ensuring healthy deadlines and turnaround times.
  • Managing share out of localised assets and messaging as per the launch timeline to the various teams, such as legal, policy, product council.
  • Look to make optimisations to scale our processes and create best in class work flows.
  • Manage the Post-mortem process and deliverables, including, but not limited to:
- Post launch, identify all issues, ideate and propose solutions.

- Drive process improvements.


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years experience in performance marketing / CE marketing.
  • Experience building processes/work back schedules that enable delivery of assets on time and to brief, which involve multiple stakeholders/contributors.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with several different teams.
  • Ability to appraise whether a creative localisation/adaptation meets brand guidelines.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage critical projects and deadlines.
  • Demonstrates the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Worked for large organisations or has experience working with multiple teams or markets in EMEA.
  • Excellent understanding of the Digital Media landscape.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to anticipate problems, provide creative solutions and manage the potential for constant change.
  • Creative critique, ability to provide constructive feedback on work in relation to a brief.
  • Culture fit: fast paced, good communicator, problem solver, self-starter, analytical.
  • Secondary Language (French, Spanish, German, Italian) very desirable.
