We are currently hiring for a Pay and Reward Manager for this growing Creative Agency!

You’ll be responsible for Pay & Reward Strategy and you’ll be managing a junior data executive who will assist on administration, queries & ad hoc duties.

Duties include:
  • Ownership of all compensation & benefits for UK - (e.g. pension, life insurance, long term sick)
  • Management of monthly payroll
  • Assisting the Head of P&C with a range of reward initiatives, including pay and benefits benchmarking, modelling and analytics
  • Support the pay, promotion, and bonus scheme processes
  • Support various reward work streams
  • Review & adapt benefits package as and if required, including communication with benefits broker/providers regularly
  • Oversight of the IR35 regulations in collaboration with Production and Resourcing teams
