Operations ManagerLocation: London (Hybrid)
Length: 10 months
Rate: £21-25 p/h
Hours: 9am – 6pm
Job responsibilities:
- Program manages the progress and milestones of key business initiatives.
- Partner closely with GTM leadership and Sales to develop deep understanding of the business, from its data & metrics, to its strategic challenges & opportunities
- Support the definition of regional OKRs and develop the relevant reporting infrastructure to measure and drive the performance for target achievement
- Support business performance deep dives to identify & size opportunities for growth & efficiency, contributing to the strategic direction of the business
- Provide thought leadership to key business stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights using appropriate analytical solutions
- Conduct repeatable & ad-hoc analyses to inform, measure and drive performance against strategic initiatives
Skill/Experience/Education:
- Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment
- Data Analysis experience & Ability to synthesize data into useful formats and compelling presentations/visuals to bring actionable insights for different audiences through effective communication
- Excellent problem solving skills and high degree of analytical rigor
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (R, Python, SQL) and techniques
- Track record working self sufficient and alongside teams
- Ability to understand technical detail, bring structure and clarity to it using frameworks and then simplify to make it comprehensible for others
- Experience influencing others in large organisations ; Enjoys collaboration and driving goals together with other cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and landscape
