Operation Coordinator

Location: London

Length: 12 Months

Rate: £17.12 - £20.77 per hour

Hours: 9am – 6pm

The Role

Our client’s Education team is looking for a motivational, proactive and highly organised programme manager to run operations and data hygiene for 2 critical projects - Department for Education (DfE) Platform programme and Managed Service Provider (MSP) programme. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to demonstrate analytical skills and feedback customer/market insights for GTM strategy.

Overall Responsibilities:
  • Support project planning and execution, maintain up-to-date data, track issues, communicate progress and planning of partner briefings/onboarding and provide timely reports on programme achievements.
  • Support the development of new or existing Partner’s relationships and work with the internal/external Managed service providers support key stakeholders to ensure resources, incentive programmes and purchase orders are in place.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

DfE Platform Programme:
  • Manage platform Programme end to end.
  • Manage Delivery Partners and school allocations.
  • Maintain Data Hygiene.
MSP Programme:
  • Operations and internal troubleshooting (PPS, partner concierge).
  • Management of partner requests (enquiries, customer support/ coordination).
  • Manage operations related to incentives programmes/ Data Hygiene.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of relevant programme management experience.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Some data analytics skills, able to interpret data to inform strategic decisions and feedback on market insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and foster trust with a diverse group of people and partners.
  • Able to apply creative and critical thinking to challenges to overcome blockers and keep project timelines on track.
  • Team player and ability to work with cross functional teams.
Nice to Have Skills/Qualifications or Not Required:
  • Some Sales experience.
  • Some partner management experience.
  • Effective presentation deck creation skills.
  • Excel - Good with formulas and pivot tables.
  • Experience working in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
