Our client in the Media sector based with its office in Cambridge, has an exciting 9-month Fixed Term Contract job opportunity available for an Office Administrator to assist with the day-to-day administration function for this vibrant and busy team. The Office Administrator is the first point of contact for visitors & employees, this individual will offer day to day support in the operations of this office. You will be responsible for maintaining office policies and supplies. The successful applicant may have worked in a similar role previously, be available for the duration of the 9-month contract. This position will be 5 days on office each week and comes with a salary up to £ 31,000 depending on experience.Duties may include ( but not limited to ) :
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Operate the switchboard promptly and professionally
- Maintain the office space and proactively planning and managing the ongoing maintenance and repairs
- Maintain property management relations (visitors’ logbook, parking permits)
- Maintain office supplies, arrange, and coordinate couriers, collect/distribute the post
- Coordinate and assist with office events/meetings with food orders and space organisation
- Ad hoc administration tasks required to meet the needs of the business
