Media Team CoordinatorLocation: London (Hybrid)
Length: 5 months
Rate: £16-19 p/h
Hours: 9am – 6pm

Support our product mission to power the open and free web by creating greater liquidity for buyers and sellers on our platforms through building an ecosystem whereby our buyers can meet more of their marketing objectives through our clients' technology and whereby we can help maximize our clients' Partner Inventory monetization in response to evolving buyer needs.

- This role supports all functions of the team to create higher effectively of each individual.
Team Coordination:
- Schedule and help prepare quarterly syncs with clusters
- Own agenda for team meetings and offsites by collecting input from all team members and scheduling the meeting
- Schedule product feedback sessions for advertisers with product managers & product leads based on lead lists created by team
Beta management:
- Recruit beta customers based on lead list created by team and reach out to sales.
- Consolidate existing info into short briefs (one-pagers) for efficient communication with sales
- Collect client feedback and prepare for review through GTM leads
Skill/Experience/Education:
- BA education or equivalent experience Basic understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and landscape, ideally on buy- and sell-side
- Project Management experience
- Ability to understand technical detail, bring structure and clarity to it using frameworks and then simplify to make it comprehensible for others Basic experience influencing others in large organisations
