Marketing Manager (Training - EMEA Devices and Services)

Location: 12 Months

Length: London

Rate: £30.00 - £38.00 per hour  

Hours: 9am – 6pm

The role: Marketing Manager, Devices & Services - EMEA (London)

Our client is looking for a passionate and high achieving Marketing Manager to help them elevate the company’s brand love and understanding of their products and services among retail associates across Europe.

You’re a data-driven and entrepreneurial self-starter who gets things done, problem solver in ambiguity, and strong partner to retail marketeers and cross-functional partners throughout our global organization.

You’re not afraid to take risks and roll up your sleeves to take part in various aspects of the team and leadership priorities as they arise.

Key responsibilities:
  • Track and measure training investment plans and recommend effective and financially efficient strategies
  • Build scalable training programs and processes, generate best practices and oversee training program go-to-market plans for product launches
  • Serve as the link between global and local teams to ensure consistent, optimal execution across the region, ensure brand and messaging consistency across training materials and events, and advise on global and local experimental training programs

  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, equivalent experience) and minimum 5 years of Marketing experience.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and very strong interpersonal skills, who is ready to roll up their sleeves and operate in a highly collaborative fast-paced environment with many stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with consultative approach and demonstrated capability to analyze marketing performance and transform data into actionable insights.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to manage complex projects and deadlines and demonstrates the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Outstanding organizational, execution, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
  • Superb written and oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Global mindset and ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures and scenarios. Understanding of company products and technology industry.
  • Experience developing scaled marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in a regional role -- working with both global and local organisations.
  • Experience in developing industry leading training programs Proven influencing, vendor management and leadership skills.
  • Experience working for iconic brands (consumer or B2B) that engage consumers through disruptive marketing.
