Marketing Manager

Location: London

Length: 12 Months

Rate: £26.62 - £31.92 per hour

Hours: 9am – 6pm

As a Marketing Coordinator for our client for, you’ll play a key role in supporting the company’s content marketing to start-ups.

You’ll partner with our regional teams, creative and production partners to develop and manage content across owned, partner, earned, and occasionally paid channels to reach our audience with the right message at the right time, whether it is a story about a fellow founder, or helpful tip about a company product.

You’ll bring a background in content marketing or production to identify what makes a compelling story for a time-pressed founder, manage a pipeline of content across our global channels, and report on content performance.

You'll support the global marketing lead and the lead for content strategy and will facilitate best-practice sharing across a globally diverse team from Seoul to Sao Paulo.

  • Build and manage repository of start-up marketing content, including founder stories, product education, and thought leadership.
  • Partner with producers and channel owners to build out content calendars and pipelines.
  • Track and measure effectiveness of content across various channels in order to drive growth and engagement across channels, and report on the impact of our work.
  • Support in-country teams to leverage content resources and channels to support local business objectives.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent writing, communications, and organisational skills.
  • Proficient with G Suite products.
  • Experience working for a creative/production agency OR managing agencies as a marketing client.
  • Strong ability to effectively influence and communicate cross functionally, and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of digital communication channels (websites, social, newsletters) and key metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate insights and recommendations from marketing data. Passion for helping start-up founders succeed, particularly women, founders of colour, and others who are underrepresented in their local start-up ecosystem.
