Our team provides financial and analytical support to EMEA Marketing, helping to shape the strategy of the business and clarify performance via data-driven insights and scaled reporting solutions. Ads Marketing encompasses all company-facing teams under one leadership team and a common strategy. Finance is instrumental in helping the organisation to decide where to focus to enable EMEA LCS and GCS revenue, as well as drive continued strong business performance.
The ideal candidate will be numerically adept and a practical problem-solver, who is able to distil key messages from a mass of numbers to communicate performance to Marketing leadership. Comfortable with large datasets, you will put in place simple and scaleable tools to help local marketers identify revenue opportunities as well as measure the impact of advertiser events. You will act as a guardian for the financial resources by recommending how to allocate resources to drive impact.
Clarify business performance through setup of automated and scaled reporting solutions for new success metrics
Conduct analysis to understand where the biggest opportunities are for Ads Marketing to help drive advertising revenue; work with Marketing to refine and recommend actions
Help leadership achieve better visibility on how Marketing funds are deployed across different markets and activities; use to drive discussion on future strategic alignment
BA/BS degree in quantitative field 2-4 years relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, finance, corporate strategy or similar environment
Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to distil large data sets into key metrics
Proven experience in identifying opportunities for business improvement, defining and measuring the success of initiatives
Organized, strategically focused, self-starter able to deal with ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment
Experience with SQL
