Job Description
Day-to-day duties:
– Support the day-to-day global Sponsorships program by owning program trackers, working back calendars, managing timelines, overseeing the status review, and holding owners accountable to ensure milestones are met.
– Drive continuous process improvement and automation to be more effective and efficient, while reducing errors. Survey teams to identify additional processes that can be centralized, automated, externalized, or deprecated.
-Invent and simplify processes and use system tooling to support efficient collaboration, campaign planning, resource tracking, and creative review/approvals.
– Anticipate and be able to mitigate problems as they arise while ensuring updates on progress, relevant delays, and budget implications are communicated to stakeholders.
– Author program/campaign playbooks that can be scaled globally in mature and nascent markets.
– Raise the quality bar and foster continual process improvements through routine post-mortums and collaborative feedback with cross-functional partners.
