Our client is a professional services firm who are looking for a Learning Consultant to join their team!You'll be part of a brand new branch where you'll be the critical two-way link between the business and the Learning and Development teams. Your role is essential for short and long-term strategic business planning within the company.
As the Learning Consultant you'll address the learning needs. Using your knowledge and experience of core HR competencies coupled with your commercial awareness, you will translate your client’s business needs into realistic and achievable plans that reflect the Learning Strategy and deliver impact. You will be a role model for collaboration to those around you; influencing, coaching, motivating and challenging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deploy learning evaluations in a timely manner.
- Provide project support to Service Lines in tailoring content and/or deploying activities to match their learning needs and facilitate with accessing existing content
- Provide support in planning projects as per business needs.
- Agree on approaches for, and manage, transition of activities to Centres of Excellence where required.
- Support on programmes wherever needed e.g. deployment of activities, communications etc.
- Carry out tracking and monitoring activities for projects and generate reports for central HR.
- Support with curriculum development and with maintenance of curriculum
- Manage the content design process, working with multiple stakeholders including learning designers, third parties etc
- Support induction activities for Early Experiences and Experience Hires wherever required.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience of working on strategic learning programmes.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of project management including planning, project governance and financials.
- Experience of research, data collection and analysis.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently
This is a permanent hybrid role with flexible working options and can be based in a multiple of locations around the UK. It is paying up to £50K depending on experience.
