Our International design based client is seeking a creative client focused L & D Partner to develop their employees performance and learning programmes.
This is a technical/design based L & D role- You will have experience in leading global learning initiatives. Leading the development and delivery of the early career talent pipeline, designing and developing career pathways .
Experience/ Skills & Knowledge;
Strong influencing, facilitation, coaching, consulting, and presentation skills
Experience building relationships to influencing key stakeholders
Experience in training and/or organisational development in a professional service background
Experience in leading learning initiatives from design to deployment
Strong experience of current learning methodologies
Working knowledge and experience utilising online learning tools and technology
Degree/CIPD or equivalent level qualification required or similar work exp
