We are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Content Specialist to join a small talent development team within a digital advertising agency. The role is to support the Head of Learning and Development in content creation, programme management and learning support across the business.
The suitable candidate will have a good grasp on LMS system administration and have a creative flair for brining content to life from the detailed content provided for each business unit Subject Matter Expert.
You will be pro-active, driven, and keen to learn with:
  • Owning and managing the global LMS and its engaging content
  • Supporting the Head of Talent Development on Learning Strategy for the entire business
  • Creating innovative content, that brings to life the internal training that is provided by all department SME’s
  • Being innovative to create learning pathways for all individuals within the business
  • Curating new and adapting current learning modules, within the multiple learning platforms – at company and group level
  • Supporting the business with external and internal learning solutions
  • Being the LMS administrator, for all company employees, to ensure that everyone can get the most out of the learning solutions on offer!

  • You have a good understanding of the purpose and workings of a Learning Management System in your previous role

  • You have taken your hand at creating content in the past or have a strong passion to do so and have lots of good ideas!
This role is a 6 month contract paying 40-45K with potential to go permanent!
