Rate: £31.73 p/h PAYE (Approx. £65.9K per annum)
Hours: 9am – 6pm

This is a hybrid role, so you will split your time between home office and the clients offices in central London. On-site you will be able to access their amazing facilities and quirky working spaces, as well as free breakfast/ lunch/ dinner, on-site gyms, outdoor spaces and roof gardens, wellness rooms and sleep pods.
Job description:
- Execute complete tasks within the scope of a larger research project under guidance from their manager or more experienced researcher.
- Work on experiments and document research conclusions.
- Co-author scientific papers.
- Select appropriate approaches from clear options to address technical challenges, under some guidance from manager or senior team members.
- Apply standard/common techniques, processes, tools and resources to defined problems.
- Increase the understanding of an existing domain through analysis and experiments.
- Escalate complex challenges to senior team members or managers.
- Work in a team setting by sharing knowledge when relevant to the task.
- Develop working relationships outside the team to contribute to cross-project collaborations.
- Follow direction on timing, goals, and objectives.
- Communicate research conclusions.
- Possess a foundational understanding of the research environment with an awareness of when to seek support and guidance.
- Possess knowledge of developing research and engineering artifacts.
Responsibilities:
- Co-author research papers to share and generate impact of research results across projects and in the research community.
- Help in growing research business across projects by sharing research trends and best practices within the community.
- Help in defining the data structure, framework, design, and evaluation metrics for research solution development and implementation under some guidance. Identify timelines and obtain resources needed.
- Help in conducting experiments based on the research question. Develop research prototypes or conduct simulations to further evaluate the impact of research, finalize hypotheses, and refine the research methodology under some guidance.
