Interview Experience Training Program Manager

Location: London

Length: 12 Months

Rate: £35.29 - £38.70 per hour (40 hours p/w)

Hours: 9am-6pm

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Interview Experience Training Program Manager.

The mission of the Interview Experience team is to efficiently scale interviewer capability and capacity to hire great builders at scale. The role will work cross-functionally to support the EMEA interview Experience and Recruiting Teams by managing training processes, communication and reporting for interviewers across EMEA recruiting pipelines.

  • Execute logistics for virtual/in person interview training classes across all pipelines in EMEA.
  • Manage interviewer and stakeholder communication related to training.
    Effectively track and regularly report on training progress across pipelines and ensure training completion data is up to date.
  • Understand the needs of the specific recruiting pipeline in order to produce effective and relevant input and feedback into Interviewer Training.
  • Identify input needed and work closely with the Candidate Experience and Recruiting leads to maintain full visibility of training programs, ensuring any feedback gaps are addressed.
  • Identify and communicate frequently all risks and changes to the program and regularly update stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships, gain consensus, resolve conflict and focus on the problem statements to be solved.
  • Provide a proactive and positive influence within the team through feedback and mentorship to peers.
  • Works to plan ahead and educate key stakeholders of resource limitations and roadblocks to mitigate impactful issues.
  • Help to create and manage relevant interviewer training paths, and interviewer dashboards, ensuring new interviewers are funnelling through the process.
  • Partnering with Interview Experience Pipeline Program Managers to implement additional required trainings/structure as needed.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partner with Interview Experience Pipeline Program Managers to understand hiring demands and how these impact existing interviewer capacity and adapt training plans accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree.
  • 4+ years of coordination, recruiting, program management or operations experience.
  • Strong Communication skills and experience fostering positive, cross-functional working relationships.
  • Strong data analysis and analytical skills.
  • Experience leading multiple projects/initiatives with limited oversight.
  • Self-directed, detail-orientated problem solver.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of project planning methodologies.
  • Recruiting operations experience.
  • Strategic Thinker.
