Job descriptionOur client - a leading news and media company - is looking for an Internal Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment process: advertising roles, developing search strategies, supporting the shortlisting process, interviewing, providing assessment solutions and making offers of employment.
You will play a key role in ensuring their equality and diversity commitments are met and will be heavily involved in recruitment specific project work.
You will have:
- Significant recruitment experience at Recruitment Consultant level, to include a blend of both in-house and agency experience.
- Demonstrable track record in sourcing talent directly
- Experience of applying various search strategies to source talent directly
- Experience of managing 3rd party supplier relationships
- Experience of using data to influence recruiting decisions
- HR Systems experience (ideally Taleo)
- Experience of working with staff in a highly digitised environment
- Desirable - knowledge and experience of recruiting in the digital/tech marketplace and awareness of the key challenges
