Internal Communications Manager
Location: London (Remote currently)
Length: 11 months
Rate: £30-34p/h (40 hours p/w)

Fantastic opportunity for an experience Internal Communications Manager to work with one of the Big 5 Tech companies on a contract basis for 11 months. The salary equivalent for this role is £65,000

About the role…

Our client is looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to support the Facilities and Culinary team. The ideal person will be strategic, able to act as a consultant to provide internal communications guidance to teams and leaders in our organization, while also being able to develop internal communications plan and materials, and execute on plans. The ideal person will have great relationship building skills and be able to work collaboratively with partners across the business. They are well organized and can meet strict deadlines and can perform under pressure in a fast-paced work environment where priorities can change quickly.

Responsibilities…

  • Create and implement internal communications plans to help the business achieve strategic objectives 
  • Act as a consultant and provide internal communications guidance to teams and leaders
  • Collaborate with partners from other areas of the business
  • Develop internal communications campaigns to help drive employee engagement 
  • Create and manage internal employee events from start to finish, including logistics, agenda, content development and speaker preparation

Required Skills…

*BA/BS degree and 7 years minimum practical experience in Internal Communications
*Strong organizational and project management skills
*Strong attention to detail, zero tolerance for inconsistency
*Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. 
*Experience of working in a Facilities or Real Estate environment
