HR Business Partner –FMCGEssex
Our SME client is seeking a collaborative talented, driven, creative HRBP to join their highly driven team, this is a unique opportunity to support their people to solve various HR matters. You will enjoy creating smarter ways of working in a scaling organisation.
The Role;
You will support collaboratively across the business with performance management, employee relations, compensation, organisational effectiveness
Knowledge, skills & experience;
You will be a strategic thinker, natural leadership skills and enjoy problem-solving
Organisationally savvy, committed to building strong professional relationships with colleagues across all levels of the business by providing first class HR support and coaching
Proactively partner with key senior stakeholders to achieve a people strategy that supports the delivery of company objectives
Ability to coach individuals and influence at all levels
Extensive ER knowledge/ experience within fmcg/manufacturing
Team player who is seen as approachable and a positive role model
Exceptionally well organised and efficient/team mgmt. experience
Graduate calibre, and may be CIPD qualified-similar experience
