An American own global media company working predominantly in the film and TV industry is looking for a Director of HR Operations. This is a vital role within the HR function, responsible for building a first-class employee experience and driving company strategy to maximise operating efficiencies to enable a focus upon value add activity.

As the success candidates you will:

  • Drive and embed the HR transformation, proactively identifying ways for the function to work smarter.

  • Own the HR Operations strategy for HR, driving process simplification, standardisation, self-service and tech optimisation.

  • Oversee the successful delivery of the HR Analytics strategy.

  • Oversee the freelancer review, ensuring that company practices are in line with current legislation, aligned with company diversity and inclusion goals and that freelancer on-boarding is seamless.

  • Actively contribute to the on-boarding project.

  • Ensure all D&I reporting is accurate and insightful with a focus upon OFCOM reporting, Gender Pay and BAME pay

  • Continually review policies and practices to ensure that they remain in line with legislation and best practice.

  • Day to day management of HR budgets for the SVP HR. Act as functional point person for Finance.

  • In conjunction with Comp and Bens, manage key supplier relationships such benefits providers

  • Be an active member of the UK HR Leadership team.

  • Develop and maintain a high performing team. Strive to acquire, develop and retain the best diverse talent. Help to create the greatest possible workplace experience for employees.

  • Help to embed the company values and foster a culture of inclusion.

To succeed in this role, you will be a solid HR Operations practitioner working at a senior level with experience in a leadership role. You will have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and will be able to demonstrate experience maximising operating efficiencies, managing large change projects, budget management experience and a solid understanding of Gender Pay Reporting.
