An American own global media company working predominantly in the film and TV industry is looking for a Director of HR Operations. This is a vital role within the HR function, responsible for building a first-class employee experience and driving company strategy to maximise operating efficiencies to enable a focus upon value add activity.
As the success candidates you will:
Drive and embed the HR transformation, proactively identifying ways for the function to work smarter.
Own the HR Operations strategy for HR, driving process simplification, standardisation, self-service and tech optimisation.
Oversee the successful delivery of the HR Analytics strategy.
Oversee the freelancer review, ensuring that company practices are in line with current legislation, aligned with company diversity and inclusion goals and that freelancer on-boarding is seamless.
Actively contribute to the on-boarding project.
Ensure all D&I reporting is accurate and insightful with a focus upon OFCOM reporting, Gender Pay and BAME pay
Continually review policies and practices to ensure that they remain in line with legislation and best practice.
Day to day management of HR budgets for the SVP HR. Act as functional point person for Finance.
In conjunction with Comp and Bens, manage key supplier relationships such benefits providers
Be an active member of the UK HR Leadership team.
Develop and maintain a high performing team. Strive to acquire, develop and retain the best diverse talent. Help to create the greatest possible workplace experience for employees.
Help to embed the company values and foster a culture of inclusion.
To succeed in this role, you will be a solid HR Operations practitioner working at a senior level with experience in a leadership role. You will have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and will be able to demonstrate experience maximising operating efficiencies, managing large change projects, budget management experience and a solid understanding of Gender Pay Reporting.
