Our client is seeking an ambitious, proactive and highly motivated Junior HRBP who is passionate about working within Technology / Digital arena
You’ll be responsible for delivering brilliant People outcomes in HR Generalist role.
This is a great opportunity, you will partner closely with leaders and key stakeholders to provide advisory services with a focus on HR Ops
Provide advice and guidance to people leaders and employees aswell as supporting managers to identify learning gaps and opportunities.
Skills/ Knowledge Required;
You will ideally have solid experience within HR Ops
Happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in at all
Motivated with a strong delivery focused global mindset with a collaborative approach
Strong team player with an ability to work collaboratively across the People Team
Ability to build strong business partnerships and relationships with a variety of people and organisational levels
Strong influencing, negotiation skills & problem-solving
