Job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for a small financial services business, part of a larger well-known group, which have an agile and people-centric approach. The company has 80 employees currently and is growing. They have a small HR and Talent team and are looking for an experienced HRBP to join their team for 12 months on an Fixed-Term contract.
This role will have just one direct report, so although you will report directly into the SVP of People, you will be a hands-on, strategic thinker, who is happy creating people strategy, coaching managers, as well as leading on the more operational duties when required. You will be an axcellent stakeholder manager and you will have the ability to hit the ground running in a fast paced environemnt.
You will be suited to this role if;
- You are an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Manager
- Have experience working in a smaller business siuch as those with 300 or less employees.
- Enjoy a role where you are working strategically as well as being involed in the operatonal HR duties to support the junior members of the team
- Entirely autonomous able to work without direction and happy to a hands on position
