We are looking for a HR Assistant to provide top quality administrative support to the EMEA HR team in this well-known Media Company! You’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas and be involved with HR projects and initiatives.

This is a permanent role paying up to £25,000!

The role will involve:

  • Providing admin support to the EMEA HR Department
  • Full life-cycle administration including issuing contracts, starter packs, ensuring all new joiner information is accurate and checking eligibility and right to work documentation
  • Assisting the HR Advisor with leavers process and probation period administration
  • Maintaining employee records on relevant systems
  • Liaising with payroll department regarding starters and leavers information
  • Generating ad hoc reports for stakeholders across multiple regions
  • Organising EMEA HR events such as webinars
