Are you an ambitious and dynamic People Advisor looking for your next step within a large, collaborative team? 

We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join a busy, fast-paced, creative team of problem solvers! This advertising organisation, has an opening for someone who is resourceful, positive thinker with ER exposure as well as a strong handle on end to end employee life cycle. You will have the responsibility for partnering with a large client group, building strong relationships with all levels of stakeholder. 

Duties include: 
  • Provide advice and support to line managers with any queries on the People life cycle such as induction, probation, performance management, maternity, paternity and flexible working, immigration and relocation and exit interviews
  • Continually identifies opportunities for the People team
  • Collate probation and exit interview feedback, analyse trends and report back to People Partner with suggestions and solutions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures, ensuring they are understood and embedded both within the wider People team and business
  • Oversee the work of the People Administrator and be the first point of escalation, providing guidance and support on all areas of their work including payroll, administrative changes and system updates
  • Be responsible for successful execution and evolution of our People processes, contributing to the development and implementation of new policies
  • Support Senior People Managers and People Partners with restructuring, TUPE or any other organisational change related duties that arise
  • Work alongside the Operations Team for the provision of reporting to provide healthy HR data for decision making
  • Partner the Talent Acquisition function on best practice recruitment and selection.

You will be suited to this exciting new position if you have:
  • 3+ years prior experience within a HR Assistant, HR Coordinator or HR Advisory role
  • Prior exposure to managing your own client group
  • Robust end to end ER case management as well as full employee life cycle experience
  • You have worked in a fast paced environment and thrive in a workplace where you need always to be flexible and adaptable! 
  • You have a positive, resourceful attitude
  • Excellent multi-tasker!
