The HR Advisor role is a key role within the business and the successful candidate will partner with UK client groups undergoing significant change and transformation. Working closely with the HRBP, they will lead and contribute to projects impacting the wider UK business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with people managers providing coaching and driving strategic talent priorities, employee engagement and organisational effectiveness
- Proactively build people management capability across the client group to enable line managers to confidently and autonomously handle people issues
- Confidentially and autonomously manage any change activity across the client group
- Provide support to the HRBP in relation to cyclical HR activities such as annual salary review, bonus programmes and bench marking.
- Confidently and independently advise and guide managers on a range of issues including complex investigations, disciplinary or grievance hearings, flexible working requests, absence and performance issues
- Build HR data, analyse trends and proactively recommend actions for designated client groups to embed the company values throughout the employee life cycle
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Good employment law knowledge and proven experience managing complex cases and restructures with minimum support

- Hands on experience working with HR systems (PeopleSoft)
This is a 12 month contract position paying up to £40K depending on experience and is ideal for someone who is available immediately.
