HR Administrator with Media Production Company

Job description

We have a great role for a HR Administrator to join our client, a digital first production company!

As the HR Administrator you'll be responsible for the efficient and timely processing of HR duties across the busy London office.  This is a varied role where you'll work across the People team. You'll have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge about all aspects of HR and take ownership of projects such as company inductions and coordinating training and community outreach events.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare employment contracts and liaise with new starters on pre-boarding, including Right to Work checks.
  • Ensure employee data is captured accurately and recorded on the HRIS
  • Co-ordination of company induction and onboarding events
  • Maintain and update UK payroll and coordinate with benefits providers 
  • Preparation of ad hoc reports from providers or from HR platform and employee letters
  • Manage end of Probation by liaising with Line managers, updating HRIS and preparing letters
  • Creation of employee communications to promote activities and initiatives
  • First POC for queries

You'll be able to hit the ground running as the HR Administrator if you have previous experience in a HR or operations or administrative role within a fast paced environment.

This role is in the office 5 days a week, based near Canal Bank and is a permanent position paying up to £35K.
