Our client is a scaling consultancy, a professional services organisation. They are seeking a stellar Head of TA to join them. They successfully operate in very pacey scaling
environment - expanding rapidly with the support of a TA Partner they are looking for this person to do great things!
The opportunity;
Manage the full recruitment cycle, volume hiring
Partnering with Hiring Managers to create campaigns to source outstanding candidates, and to define the best in class interview process.
Knowledge/ Skills;
You will be a creative Talent Acquisition Lead , constantly finding new ways to find & bring in amazing talent
Experience of improving hiring processes - working on onboarding volume talent
Strong communication skills are essential
Experience of managing a team in a similar role
Ability to grow great relationships with stakeholders
Proven strong interest in diversity & inclusion
A strong work ethic; able to work under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Exceptional diligence and attention to detail as well as resourcefulness and quick, practical thinking in a demanding environment
Grad calibre- /relevant work experience
They run on a flexible working pattern- this can be remote/hybrid.
