Head of Reward
This strategic role reports directly into the HR Director supporting with reward and benefits as well as providing data, reports and analysis .
This is a varied role, you will deliver the annual reward cycle globally focusing on annual pay reviews, delivery of Short and Long-Term incentive plans
Responsible for Executive and Staff Bonus Schemes internationally
Process the annual bonus results at the end of the year
Experience, Skills & Knowledge;
Global Reward experience also proven exp with global compensation and benefits is essential
Advanced knowledge of reward
Experience of dealing with intricate compensation data, ownership of LTIP’s and STIP’s and benchmarking are necessary
Strong communication skills
Demonstrable analytical and numeracy skills
Skilled in data manipulation using Excel
Educated to degree or post graduate degree level /relevant experience
